Dr. Festus E. Obiakor believes strongly in professional service, development, and growth. He has continued to serve on the editorial boards of some of the most powerful refereed journals in the fields of general and special education. He has served as associate editor of SENGA, Teacher Education and Special Education (TESE), Multiple Voices, and Exceptional Children. In addition, he has served as co-editor of Multiple Voices and co-founding/co-executive editor of Multicultural Learning and Teaching. It is no surprise that faculty members and graduate students from all over the world have continued to seek his mentorship and advice on writing for publication in refereed journals
